How to Pause or Skip Service
You don’t need to call or email. Just log in and adjust your schedule in a few clicks.
Go to thelawndogs.com.
Click Client Portal on the top menu.
Log in using your Sweep&Go credentials.
Select Manage Service and choose Pause/Skip Service.
Confirm the date you’d like to skip or pause.
That’s it. Your change will appear in your dashboard right away.
Timing Matters
Routes lock in at 11:59 p.m. two nights before service day.
Example: If your yard is normally cleaned on Wednesday, make any changes by Monday at 11:59 p.m.
After that cutoff, the schedule is finalized and updates will apply to your next visit instead.
Tips
Skipping service for weather? Don’t worry — we already handle that automatically based on safety and yard conditions.
If you’re pausing long-term, your billing will adjust once service resumes.
