What happens if you miss my scheduled poop scoop day?
Short Answer
If weather or safety keeps us from your yard, your cleanup will be skipped that week and we’ll be back on your next regular service day. Don’t worry — your next visit will include everything that was missed.
Sometimes Mother Nature takes control of the schedule. Heavy rain, lightning, extreme cold, or flooding can make it unsafe for our team to scoop. When that happens, The Lawn Dogs in Nampa adjust our routes to keep everyone safe while maintaining consistency for your next visit.
Our Skip and Weather Policy
We work through rain, cold, and even light snow whenever it’s safe. But when storms, icy yards, or high winds roll in, we’ll skip that day’s route. Since we’ll still have to scoop everything that builds up by your next visit, there are no refunds for missed weeks.
You’ll see us again on your next scheduled service day, and your yard will be cleaned as if we never missed a beat.

How to Check Your Service Status
Log in to your Sweep&Go Client Portal at thelawndogs.com.
Go to Service History or Notifications.
You’ll see notes if weather or access affected your scheduled visit.
You’ll also receive text or email notifications if a route is delayed or shifted due to weather.
Tips
Keep your yard free of standing water or deep snow so we can resume quickly.
Frozen ground? We’ll be back as soon as it’s safe for your yard and our team.
