We scoop in most weather, but when conditions become unsafe for our team or your yard, we pause service and resume on your next scheduled day.

What weather do you still scoop in?
We'll work through:
- Light rain or snow, as long as walkways and yards are safe.
- Cold temperatures, until ice buildup or frozen waste makes cleanup impossible.
- Hot days, provided there's no risk of heat stress for our team or damage to your lawn.
When the weather cooperates, we stay on track so you never have to worry about buildup or odor between visits.
When do you pause service?
If temperatures climb too high, drop below freezing, or if there's heavy snow, we temporarily skip that day's route. These pauses follow our Weather and Safety Policy in your Terms of Service. You won't lose out. We'll be back on your next scheduled visit to scoop everything that accumulated.
Service pauses are rare, but safety always comes first. Working in extreme weather risks injury and can damage your yard when soil is soft or frozen.
How do I find out if my visit is delayed?

- Check your Notifications for weather-related updates.
- You'll also get a text or email if a route is postponed.
